"When the starter went out on my Softail, it was looking like I would be stranded 4 hours from home for several days before any repair shop in the area would even look at it. The first place I contacted in Traverse City just gave me a recording saying an oil change is a 2 week wait and then they never even responded to my voicemail message. This was not how things went when I contacted Sleeping Bear Motor Sports. The lady I spoke with listened to my situation and didn't hesitate to put me thru to Eric, the owner, and he assured me they would take a look that day if I could get it towed to them. He even recommended a tow company. Everyone there was an absolute joy to work with and they all went the extra mile to get me on the road as quickly as they possibly could. "These people are awesome. They know there stuff. They were closed on a Sunday we stopped by to set I'd thru were open, they weren't. We were talking in the parking lot, and the owner came out and opened the door to see if we needed anything. They had been closed for an hour already. We called every shop in the area and finally found one at Sleeping Bear Motorsports. And all though they dont do service on Saturdays, the found a tech to come in an change my tire.
