First off, these are a GREAT group of people. A buddy and I went up to Traverse city to pick up a road bike i purchased. And after getting there and finding out the front tire was worn BAD. We called every shop in the area and finally found one at Sleeping Bear Motorsports. And all though they dont do service on Saturdays, the found a tech to come in an change my tire. Great people and this is about the only other way i know to say THANK YOU! We had a safe approx 3hr ride home thanks to Sleeping Bear Motorsports!

Eric and Kris have got it goin !! a friendly crew up front and a skilled crew in the back-room and both rooms are spotless with coffee waiting. It's the only place I can go in confidence and be treated as a friend. They always have something positive to say and it's infectious with their employee's and customer's alike, we are so fortunate to have such a fine shop for Traverse City to rely on. Great service dept! These guys do much more then just sell you stuff. They want you to have what's best for you and your bike. The owners and their staff really ride. That makes a lot of difference when taking care of their customers.
